Antenatal Course

Our team of healthcare professionals share with you and your partners insights into the later stages of pregnancy and becoming a parent. We suggest ladies to join the course from around 24 – 26 weeks of pregnancy. Apart from practical information and useful suggestions for pregnancy, the birthing process, and caring for newborns, there is a discussion time for you and your partners with our midwife. You’re encouraged to prepare questions and no question is too trivial – your concerns may be shared by others.

Classes are available in English or Japanese.
