All nursing staff were professional, friendly and polite, and made me feel well cared for during my stay. Theatre team was, as per my previous experiences at the Matilda Hospital, diligent, courteous and focused. My sincere thanks to all involved in my care, and for making my experience so comfortable.

I have travelled her from Shanghai to have a double hip replacement. I am away from my family and have to make my own way back to China. I leave tomorrow morning and thanks to the incredible care, kindness and excellent medical attention of your staff, I feel I am in the best shape I could be to leave hospital. Your staff have all gone above and beyond to make my surgery and recovery such a positive experience. I would recommend without hesitation for anyone to have their surgery at the Matilda. Maternity Department

Midwives were amazing, highest respects to midwife Selvie, without her this journey would not have been possible. She made me feel very assured and had magical hands when it came to latching my baby on. We wish we could bring her home with us. Thank you so much for caring for us, five star service.

My experience at Matilda delivering my baby girl was fantastic and I could not have asked for more. The maternity team truly cares about the happiness and wellbeing of the patients. My assigned midwives were phenomenal and supported me non-stop day and night. I am really grateful for their help, assistance, love, and care which have made my delivery and post-partum experience pleasant and truly memorable. The Nursery staff was absolutely impeccable and cared for my baby as if she was her own: a huge thank you!!

The standard of care at Matilda during my stay has been absolutely exceptional. This is my third baby here as well as my last, and the staff have gone above and beyond in ensuring I had an extremely positive c-section experience. I have been able to bond with my baby so well and the experience has brought me so much joy as a mother for the last time. I am grateful that the Matilda allowed me to be involved in such a meaningful way, and I feel incredibly post-surgery. Thank you again for this incredible experience.

Your staff on the first floor are wonderful, very kind. Caring. And supportive. I wish to acknowledge how much they helped me to relax prior to the procedure. ( i was very stressed on arrival due to very inefficient arrival procedures. ) and also how pleasant and professional and caring they are after i woke up. First floor nursing staff are excellent. ! Excellent service, view, and food for a world-class health check package. My husband and I have been using Matilda’s health check services annually since 2019. Matilda and its wonderful staff made health check - a not so enjoyable exercise - highly enjoyable.

Doctor was extremely patient and we feel that he understand from parent's perspective to address our concerns The staffs at nurse station were excellent, friendly and service oriented.

The staff were all cheery and had smiley faces. They were helpful and made me feel at ease. The doctor i saw was very informative. He explained everything very well and eased my concerns. Hospital was kept clean and i did not feel unsafe at any point.

This clinic is always so clean, very smooth process, most of staff are very gentle and friendly. I have taken my annual medical check at this clinic for 5 yrs or so. I do also recommend this clinic to my female friends.
