Duties:
Provide billing, invoicing and services to hospital patients and clients
Coordinate direct billing arrangement with insurance companies and clients
Handle enquiries with insurance companies and clients
Follow up payment with clients, clinics, corporates and insurance companies
Carry out various administrative and clerical tasks to provide general office support
Requirements:
Form 6 graduate or above
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese; Mandarin would be an advantage
Experience in hospitality, airline or clinical environment would be an advantage
Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, attention to details and good computer literacy
Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills are essential
5-days work per week and able to work on shifts (including Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday)
